This accommodation was in the central location right near a huge shopping mall.

The hotel was perfectly situated for where I needed to be. I was in town for last minute family business, and it was very convenient

The location The staff were really helpful and friendly Nice little breakfast in the morning provided

The walls are a little thin and can hear the other people staying there clearly and easily.. but that was ok and not too much of an upset

Warm staff made me feel safe, but breakfast options were limited.

Clean, comfortable and good value. Will probably be back in the area and will most certainly stay here again.

Very Noisy Motel---Every room door slammed automatically in the hallway and the water pipes from neighboring rooms were also very loud. Also NO complimentary morning coffee in the lobby. They do furnish coffee in the room, but no half and half, so you have to go downstairs and get charged $2.50 for a cup of coffee. Disappointing...

We booked a room for a night so we could get a restful night's sleep after sleeping on families' sleep sofas for a few days. It was really perfect. The room was very comfy to hang out in, nice TV (with HBO), bed was totally comfy (a bit on the soft side for us, but not too soft for us), decent climate control. Good bathroom, good bath products.

It would be nice if the in-house store didn't have gouging prices. $4 for a bottle of water, that kind of thing...

The hotel had a great location near a shopping plaza, which was convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly changing my room when I had an issue. The bathroom was quite cramped and the view wasn’t ideal, overlooking the back of storefronts.

Comfortable beds and spotless rooms. There was 7 of us. All pleased. I loved that there is a shopping mall right in front of the hotel. Starbucks was def a huge plus for us. I will rebook for our annual trip to Salem next year.

The receptionist was rude checking both in and out. 2 different people.

Location is perfect to all points of my travel to this area. Malls, restaurants, gas stations, entertainment so very close. Hotel located behind mall. Relaxing, quiet, good staff, nice rooms.

Had a blast with my friends at this place! We loved lounging by the pool and catching up on our favorite shows on the flat-panel TVs in our room. It's definitely a chill spot to stay. Just know that breakfast isn't included, but there are plenty of close dining options to grab a bite.

The only downside was that the carpet in the hallway had a musty smell, pretty off-putting. It didn't ruin our stay, but it was noticeable.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, especially in the bistro.

Well-appointed & tidy unit with 2 large double beds, good pillows plus shower. Good location adjacent to restaurants and the mall a cross the street and the North Shore of MA.

The pictures were misleading. The room was MUCH smaller than it appeared in them.

Couple getaway worth considering

I stayed a couple nights at this hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly as hell and even though I asked for extra blankets, they had them delivered in no time. And the place smelled clean right when I walked in, you can't underestimate that when you're checking into a motel. Something about cleanliness-it's just comforting, ya know? Their location was also solid, just a stone's throw from a shopping plaza which was handy as hell for quick runs.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but let's be honest, nothing good usually is.
